WINNER OF THE GRAND PRIZE HOME HAS CHOSEN
TO TAKE THE CASH PRIZE OPTION OF $100,000.00.

The prize home is offered at a below market price of $215,000. After 30 days, the home will be listed with a real estate agent, and the price will reflect the current market value. The home is offered by the owners of the property–not by Desert Academy.
